Custom Steps
1. Custom Request Form or email with description of the project
2. Design Agreement and Guideline signed and dated by customer
3. $1000 development fee, non-refundable but applicable to the final purchase order
4. Product sampling:1~2 weeks for embroidery orders & 4~6 weeks for custom orders
5. Revision of the 1st product sample (up to 3 revisions at no charge) within 14 days. If none, skip this step.
6. After sample approval, deposit is required for 50% of purchase order.
7. Shipment: 65 days for direct shipment from the factory to a customer
   or 120 days for F.O.B. shipping from the factory to Aurora.


* All custom product comes with standard Aurora hang tag and label.
  Special hang tag and label can be made upon request.


All orders must meet MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement.
Usually our MOQ is based on the product size or program type.
